I think it must be the scratching plus the hot water plus the thin skin! It’s probably okay! I’d be so freaked out though!

Be careful with doing that I had that happen to me and didn’t realize it and kept scratching woke up the next morning with a huge cut or sore and it was bleeding bad.  Couldn’t wear a bra becaue it tore the scab off and would bleed again.  I now have a scar

I have eczema and if my skin on my thighs or boobs are wet and I scratch it that's what happens I wouldn't be too worried but keep an eye on it to make sure it doesnt get worse
