Restless legs????

Question

Anyone having restless leg problem? Its horrible I have to constantly move my legs even thru the night and it feels as tho I am not getting any rest. I have tried a few different remedies but no luck.. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I had this during my second trimester, it went away slowly after I started upping my walking routine! I started walking more, and also I bought this awesome 'cooling gel cream'- I use it on my legs after a nice shower or bath at night! It cools your legs and feels so awesome! It's by Jafra! Totally recommend it! Or any cooling gel should help! :)

I have had it almost my entire pregnancy and I am just shy of 37 weeks. I have no solution for you - I have tricked myself into thinking I need more water and rest. It always get worse when I am over tired. When they are bothering me at night drink a big glass of water and I head to bed and try and rest. Good luck!
