My husband and I recently moved for his job. The first week or so we were here, our son slept fine. But last night was the fourth night in a row we were up on and off almost the entire night. He's been waking up hourly, if not more, throwing himself backwards and SCREAMING. He acts like he doesn't want me to comfort him. When I try to hold him, shush or rock, he just throws himself around and screams bloody murder. That goes on for 10-15 and then he falls back asleep. I have been completely unable to put him down. He doesn't really stop and settle for the night until maybe 3-4 in the morning. I am EXHAUSTED, my husband isn't rested for work and I'm riddled with anxiety over the noise he's making (we lived in a house before so I didn't have to worry about the noise bothering the neighbors.) I'm so tired that I find myself losing my patience with him and I'm not proud of it. He acts perfectly normal and happy during the day. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? I don't know if this is from the move or if he's having a develiomental leap or a sleep regression? We haven't gotten our insurance set up with my husband's new job yet so I can't take him to the doctor.
