Do I️ have mastitis?

I’ve been having terrible headaches accompanied by ringing in the ears and sometimes I️ do feel like I’m going to pass out. 
I️ have this red spot on my breast and it is tender to the touch. 
Here’s a picture, and I’m 9 days pp and also exclusively breastfeeding.

Looks like it! Head to the doc asap! I had to have mine lanced because it was too late for antibiotics and compresses to draw the milk out and clear the infection! You DO NOT want to go septic! Good luck and follow the doctor's orders! No skipping out on the last of the antibiotics just because you feel better! (I learned the hard way😥)
