What's possible?

Question

I have been on Letrozole for three months every month its a different dosage before medication my progestrone was 2.2 following month started letrozole 2.5 mg progestrone after was 6.5 following month 5 mg progestrone went to 0.9 mg last month 7.5mg had my cycle for 18 days had progestrone yesterday it was 3.8  Does this mean Letrozole not working for me??? I don't ovulate on my own n have low progestrone 😢😔

It’s possible you may be ovulating but your body doesn’t produce progesterone - which would be called a luteal phase defect.  Talk to you doctor about getting vaginal ultrasounds to confirm ovulation (they should be able to see the corpus luteum through vaginal US) and starting you on progesterone supplements for 14 days once ovulation has been confirmed.  
It’s also possible you aren’t ovulating, but again, this would need to be confirmed before going for other avenues.  Injectables wont change a luteal phase defect if you are ovulating.  But they could help if you aren’t ovulating.
