Sleep paralysis?

Last night I have a very vivid dream and also sleep paralysis. I've never had it before but I've had a couple vivid dreams before but not like this one. All I saw was my ceiling and my ceiling fan and I couldn't move or talk. I was laying on my back almost in the anatomical position but laying down. I felt like every time my heart beat someone was punching me in the chest and I could also feel it in my wrist too. I could feel all the warm blood going from my heart all throughout my arteries and coming back to the heart. This only lasted like 30 seconds but it felt like an hour it hurt so bad. After that I must of fallen back to sleep but have you had anything like this happen before?? If so please comment!
