invalid test?

so I just took this test and waited the 3 minutes but the control line is very faint. even if I'm not pregnant the control line should have been darker ? correct?  if anyone has experienced this before please please please let me know.

You’re pregnant! Congrats .. when I was pregnant with my son I used a first response and same thing happened .. the test line was super dark and the control line was faint so I took 3 and they all looked the same lol but the doctor said if you have high hcg levels the test line takes color from the control one

sometimes control line is lighter if you have a lot of hcg. i’d retest to double check !
