No help from SO

I stayed at my parents last night due to not having power and needing to do laundry. My baby is a week old and so far my SO has been no help. Since we’ve been discharged , I haven’t slept for 2 days Im recovering from a c-section and still managed to have the house clean dinner done her fed and changed and taken care of while he comes home from work and takes a nap or play his game. I tried talking to him. We don’t even sleep in the same bed anymore. I came up with a problem of not wanting to go home now because my parents were so much help with my baby and I finally got to rest last night. Is this normal?
