Serious question..need help!

First of all..yes I have been in contact with the nurses and I am waiting for them to call again.

I am 28 weeks pregnant. I started having back pain a week ago so I went to get a massage thinking that would help. It did not. A few days later I ended up throwing up and having the chills, no fever though. And it did not last long.

Since the back pain has started I wake up in the morning feeling like the pain is gone but but mid day I’m in pain again. I was tested for a uti but it was negative(they are waiting on one more test). I will randomly get burst of nausea and throw up. I was thinking it might have something to do with kidneys but thought I would see if anybody has had anything similar! Can’t wait until I feel better!
