Their should be an option for equal. I don't think gender is indicative of leadership ability. Great leaders could be, and have been, both male and female. Leadership ability is entirely dependent on personality, not gender.

I think both men and women have these qualities. I don't think one is better than the other. It all depends on the sole person.

In my relationship my boyfriend is the better leader because I'm too indecisive. Of the qualities you have listed we both have them but we both have our stronger points.
