Late and bad cramps?

I wrote earlier but my af was due on the 10th I had spotting once and I mean literally one spot but I've had real bad cramps all week. Right now I can't sleep because the cramps and my lower back hurts so bad 😔! I took a couple test this week all negative and I'm going to take another one when I wake up.  It almost feels like I'm having a clear period but I normally don't cramp this bad 😑 does anyone else ever had this I almost feel like I should go to the hospital bc I'm so uncomfortable
