Ladies should I be concerned?

I went for my first transvaginal ultrasound on Monday because I woke up to barely noticeable light pink spotting when I wiped (everything looks good in there, nothing to worry about)... doc told me I would probably get some spotting from the check up cause it’s normal... well, Tuesday I woke up with brown discharge on my panties and then during the rest of the day I only had brown discharge whenever I wiped, then Wednesday woke up with nothing on my panties but later on in the day had very faint brown discharge whenever I wiped, same with today (Thursday)... nothing on my panties only very faint brown discharge when I wipe, until now... I go to pee and see the same amount of discharge on my panties like on Tuesday morning 😕 not sure what to think....... I have no pain what’s so ever. What do y’all think?

I’m 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I go for my next ultrasound on next week Friday the 15th. Praying to see baby and heart flickering or heart beat!
