is this rape?

I invited my friend over to talk because I was feeling depressed and he ended up bringing alcohol over. He is 6 years older and has about that much more drinking experience than me. I dint really drink.He handed me a couple mini bottles and we talked and drank together. While I was still sober I told him that nothing would happen between me and him and I didn't want anything to happen. Some where between that time, and 3am, he had convinced drunk me to give him a blow job. I never told him yes when I was sober. I remember that when I was drunk, we had ended up naked and were grinding. I remember wanting to stop by that point but I was too scared to say anything due to past experiences.
