When did I conceive? Empty sac? Please help.

Question

So I took a test on Nov 14 and it was negative. Then I took a test on Nov 26 and got a BFP clear as day. Going by my last period on October 3rd I should be 9 weeks already. Yesterday at my first ultrasound there was only an empty sac which devastated me. Then the doctor was talking about a possible miscarriage but I go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound. What do you guys think? Please help I’m so depressed over all of this.

I believe you ovulated way late at some point in the beginning of Nov. and most likely only 4-5 weeks currently which is normal to have an empty sac. Prayers for a healthy baby bean in two weeks, love!!

My period was 10/11 and I got my first (faint) positive 11/3. We only had sex once that month and that was 10/25 which glow said was highest chance of pregnancy.

If your last period was early October, by early November you should have gotten a positive if your cycle is regular. Since you didn't get it for awhile later, I'm guessing you ovulated late and everything is fine. Once they find the baby in a couple of weeks they can tell you the approximate  gestational age.
