Healthy Start
I've been eating a variation of this for breakfast now for over a month! Just found out that I'm pregnant and I am going to continue this routine. Smoothie bowls are great for nutrition and vitamins! Use any variety of frozen fruit mix that has safe ingredients, Greek yogurt, Almond/Coconut milk, shredded coconut (or granola or whatever you want) And then I put fresh fruit and usually a few dark chocolate chips as a treat 😅
