Not sure what's on my 4 month old daughter. Any one have any ideas It keeps getting worse over the last few days

He needs to be seen by a doctor. I would advise getting the soonest appointment you can or taking him to the ER

The neck redness, what’s up with that? 
I don’t think it looks like allergic hives at all, or heat rash. Have you considered bed bugs?

Take him to the hospital! Run a clear glass over it, if it doesn’t disappear you must take him straight away

Take her to the hospital, she may be allergic to something.... She's really young too, so if it's getting worse there's no harm in taking her.
