IUD cramps?

I got my IUD Liletta back in August and whenever I cramp, usually before my period, it's always slightly to the left in the exact same place. Anyone else get cramping just on one side or is that just me?

I’ve had Kyleena since September, and both periods I’ve had so far, I’ve had the same cramping (in one very specific spot), and it usually starts a week before my period does.
