My boss is a 💩

So basically I used to be on direct deposit and now my pervert and irresponsible boss has been paying me cash but he’s not paying his employers tax portion of it.

I don’t wanna get involved with his money stuff. I will do all my regular tasks etc and I actually love and enjoy my boss but my boss and his neuroticism and irresponsibility is making this job dreadful. I’ve actually already began looking for a new job.

So my thing is, how do I tell him you need to get your act together regarding my paychecks? Cuz it sucks i have to remind him every single week, he goes in a frenzy to go to the bank to pick up $ to give to me before I leave for the day and again I don’t wanna get involved in his funny money ways at all.

He’s like a 71 year old baby and I hate it.
