Best Ways to Find a Nanny?

Hi there! I'm looking to hire a nanny for three or four days a week starting next month, for what will then be my three-month-old daughter. What are the best ways to find a nanny apart from word of mouth ? I've heard the websites Care.com and Nanny.com are worth checking out. Thanks in advance for any leads/tips!
