AF no showing

Ok so this post is a first for me. Sore subject really. In September I had a d&c; following a miscarriage at 6 weeks. I got my period after the procedure 3 weeks later and then 24 days after that. I am currently on day 30 of this cycle and I am having cramping and i feel like I am peeing more. Also, I totally had a dream last night that I actually remembered this morning. Adding to that I have been falling sleep super fast and even my husband mentioned how I crashed last night. Lol. No period 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have taken 3 tests all of which were inconclusive. Ideas?
