Is it normal or Humiliation?
So Ladies in working as a Trainee ,in as in Optical Consultant .
So the thing is that I’ve not received any training or Orientation at first day (which I got after 2 weeks) and what happened that I’ve been giving no training at all or what’s what , I’ve to figure out everything on my own. When I ask they say oh we’ll do it leave it, or when I make mistakes they have a go at me and saying that we have a communication problem like I’m not from this country and our language is different blah blah
Then I’ve been receiving quiet a lot of warnings.
Now it’s been 4 months that I’m still trainee and I’ve received the trainings after 4 months of working. And now I’ve been given a final Warning of Disciplinary as I STINK. When I got this first time I bought loads of deodorants and perfumes the same everyone uses over there. And I use the deodorants everyday when i get there.
Tho I do feel a different smell from my other colleagues (smoking🚬 etc) but I don’t complain. Meanwhile I’ve been given the final Written warning and my manager treats me like a pecticite . The ice not been melted I make sure I do 100% in my work whatever tasks I take I do even they’re not for me . And the new trainee was here today and she got everything today which I got after months of begging.
So help me should I contact HR or leave the job as my Confidence level is so down 😞😞
