Has anyone else had this?

Sorry for the pic but I didn't know how to explain it completely. I have this hard ball in my nipple that almost feels like a BB. It is slightly moveable and hurts in I press o it or baby feeds from that side. I have had it for about a week and a half and it has gotten a tiny bit bigger. would you say it's a clog? Should I call the Dr? I attempted the hot shower and massage so hopefully I see some improvement. Thanks in advance for any info you can offer!
