Ladies! Anyone else get serious pain during their ovulation cycles? if so what helps?

I do! A heating pad helped me! But I'm following this post to see what else could help.

Yes! Ever since my tubal ligation after my third child last December, once my period regulated (breastfeeding), its torture! Bloating and cramps almost as bad as a period! I take 4 Advil every 8-10 hours until it passes.
