future baby maybe

I had a hernia as an infant that was my fallopian tubes it was repaired when I was 6 weeks old and then I had a second operation at 6 months. my parents were told I would have a 99% chance of bit having kids. I have 1 a sob who will be 13 in w few days. I got remarried a little over a month ago we ate not young I'm 33 (34 in Feb), my so is 36 I have an IUD in now and going to have it out in the spring. We have talked about having a baby I am personally scared it will not happen. We can not afford fertility help so it either happens natural or it does not but I want another baby
