I’m thinking if godparents for my new baby already 😬 We have a daughter already so her godparents are my brother and my husbands sister. For this baby, we know for sure The Godfather will be one of my husbands brothers, but we’re not sure about a godmother. I have a sister but she will not able to take on the role. So the next option is friends. I had 2 maid of honors in my wedding, we all grew up together and are all best friends. One is catholic and one is Jewish. Do I just pick the catholic one or do I pick both of them but the catholic would be the only one recognized by the church...not sure what to do!? I don’t know if my friend that is Jewish would get insulted if I didn’t ask her also even though she’s not catholic. Anyone else pick someone who wasn’t catholic?!
