Long story: bleeding towards the end of first trimester anyone?

Okay so this is my first pregnancy. And I've waited very patiently for my little blessing, we both have. Well around my second month of pregnancy I woke up to some spotting and it being my first pregnancy I got scared and rushed to the ER. There they told me that everything was absolutely perfect with my baby. And that it could have just been rough sex that caused the spotting so I followed up with my OB the next day and he told me that the baby looks great and that I shouldn't worry about the spotting until it gets heavy and red like a period and I experience major cramp. So a week later it went away. Well on Dec. 4th I had a really weird dream that I was bleeding heavy and that no one would take me to the hospital. (at this point I was no longer worried about my baby, so idk why I had such a bizarre dream) It was around 3:30 am, I woke up and went to the bath with no worries and turns out I was spotting again only this time it was pink. My OB told me to stay home and to stay off my feet that day, bc iI work standing up for 8 hours a day, so I did. And then it went away the next day but I woke up today Dec. 9th at around 4:30 bc I got a sudden cramp and had to go to the bathroom and saw some more spotting. It's turned brown since this morning but i havent called my OB yet and im a little scared about the constant spotting. I'm 11 weeks and 3 days along and I'm scared my little bean is stressed. Has anyone else gone though this? I need to ease my mind on this but it's so hard to not worry about my baby.
