How Far Along Am I Really?

Question

I know the exact day I conceived and considered myself 8 weeks, 3 days when I went to the doctor. According to my last period I was 8 weeks, 6 days but  the baby was measuring 8 weeks, 1 day. So what should I actually consider myself?!?

Hmm. This can be tricky. My lmp puts me at 10w+1d, but I know when I conceived which puts me at 10w+4d. And my last ultrasound was right on track with the second number. However, my doctor doesn’t move the date unless the measurement is more than a week different. So I’m just sticking with my lmp date.

When I went, I measured 7w6d but according to my lmp, I was 7w2d. My doctor set the due date according to my lmp so I am going off of that. Now I’m 7w5d.
