Weird, random headache

I’ve suffered with migraines for years. However, over the past 3 weeks I have one spot that throbs if I cough, sneeze or bend over. I went to the dentist and I have a litttle bit of an infection in one of my teeth below the area that occasionally throbs. The dentist also mentioned that I have a little bit of some sinus stuff goin on but not much. I am taking amoxicillin but I don’t feel like it’s doing much. Just curious if anyone has experienced this and if it’s pregnancy related. I have an appt on the 21st so I will definitely talk to my doc about it then.
