Very very light cramping?

The past few days Ive had very light cramping on and off. I had it a bit during the first trimester but seems to have come back at 17 weeks. I have an appointment in 3 days so I’ll ask my doctor but wanted to see if anyone else has it too or have asked their doctors. We had an ultrasound last week showing a healthy baby and heart beat and it’s not painful, just very light. So I’m not too worried, just curious.

I had some and realized I hadn't had enough water the day before. Make sure you are getting enough water, dehydration can cause cramping.

I had the same too! I had light cramping before I found out I was pregnant (I thought my period was coming), and during the first trimester. Im 16w now, and I recently had some cramping come back, maybe for the past week or two.
I had asked my doctor and he said as long as it isn't hurting me, and no blood comes with it, that it's fine. Also lack of enough water can cause cramping too. So when I start feeling a little crampy, I chug a bottle of water 😅 don't worry, it's normal as long as it isn't painful!

At my appt Friday my doctor said they're just growing pains. The muscles are expanding and growing so there's bound to be some pains here and there. You should always consult with your doctor if something doesn't feel right though.

I did as well . Super light on one side but it went away . I figured it was just normal baby’s stuff going on . Uterus getting bigger stuff is also moving around to make room for baby . It’s normal . But never to late to ask your doctor :) good luck hun !

I just turned 17 weeks and I’m experiencing same thing cramps here and there.

I just went to my appointment yesterday and will be 17 weeks on monday ive had light cramping and also aches and pains but doctor said its normal with everything growing and moving and to not worry unless its constant and followed by vaginal bleeding
