Cluster feeding the evening!?

Question

Anyone else's baby cluster feeding at night? 
My 5 week old cries from about 10pm-1am every night lately. The only thing that soothes her is breastfeeding. 
I've read you can make less milk at night so I tried a pumped bottle and she didn't want that so I know she was full. Pacifiers only work for a short time and then she'll cry again. 
Any ideas!???

My baby is 5 weeks old, and has been cluster feeding since about 2 weeks. She is very predictable, feeding frequently (like, 3-4 times per hour, sometimes only a few minutes in between feedings) from 4:30 PM until bedtime around 9:00/9:30. At first I had no idea what was happening, and thought I must be doing something wrong since baby seemed to only want to nurse for hours on end, despite just eating moments before. Thankfully my pediatrician told me she was clusterfeeding, and with breastfed babies it's best just to be there for them and nurse on demand. Since I now know what to expect, it's made our evenings a whole lot better. I now am prepared to just settle in with her on the sofa during that time, I make sure to be changed into comfy pajamas, have a few water bottles and snacks close by, phone fully charged, and find something on Netflix :) Honestly just accepting that baby needs you during this time and knowing that it is completely normal for her to need to nurse so  frequently in the evenings makes it so much better. it eased my mind hearing her pediatrician tell me that this is normal, and yes - baby is getting enough! Don't get frustrated and stressed!

Mine too 🙄. He is 3 weeks 1 day. Does the same. From 9-12 pm and gets angry as he gets only a little in his second / third round of feeding. He would not take pacifiers too, just spits it out. If someone had any solution to it, it would save us !

It’s a normal phase at this age. Don’t stress too much! Going through this Again with baby #3. It’s rough.

Same here. I just hold her and breastfeed her until she lets go. And hold her upright until she is fully burped.

My baby is doing the same thing! I think it’s a growth spurt 4-6 weeks
