This is my second period using a menstrual cup and it keeps leaking! I've watched almost all of precious star pads' videos and tried to follow her tips but I still get leaking.

I'm using a freebie cup from rebel kate so it doesn't have a brand, but it's a pretty soft cup. Could it just be low quality that's causing it to leak or am I doing something wrong?

I use the punch down fold and I'm pretty sure it's open, but it's hard to tell bc my muscles squeeze it pretty tightly I think. And I have a high cervix so I can't really reach up and feel the rim. Please help??
