Anyone have implantation like this?

I have never spotted before my period, but at 10dpo and 3-4 days before my period I had brown spotting just when I wiped. It was just a few drops. Today was the 3rd day of that plus some cramps, not as bad as my normal AF cramps however. This afternoon I used the restroom and there was maybe a tablespoon of pink blood, not quite red or like a flow. There was nothing on my liner. I took a test 2 days ago and there was a faint line, but I told myself I’d wait another 3 days to test again. My period is supposed to start tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone’s had implantation like this or if I’m just having an unusual period. Trying not to get down about it, but I was convinced it would happen this time 😔
