Vvfl help me out guys!

Ok so I have a 39 day cycle and I am on cycle day 37 no sign of af at all I’m feeling pretty good minus me always falling asleep now. I took a pregnancy test today because i have been so snappy and I’ve been crying a lot for no reason at all 🤷🏽‍♀️ also it looks like dried blood on my toilet paper like implantation bleeding it just started happening today. I have been having cramps in my uterus and under my belly button. I don’t see anything on the test and but when i flip it around and use my flashlight through the back screen you can see where the 2nd line is
