Would you use the boy name?

Ok so, I really like a name. My husband has ALWAYS liked the same name. Here’s the problem.

1) It’s my brother’s name. His first name. Which I wouldn’t mind naming my son after my brother except for the fact that...

2) My husband suggested it while trying to name his son he has with another woman. They were separated, but he was trying to be involved. She didn’t want him to be and didn’t let him be. She didn’t give him any say whatsoever in the name. So she named him what she wanted. Didn’t even give the boy his dad’s last name.

By the way, my husband 100% provides for this child, pays child support, gets visitation, is as involved as he can be.

So my question is, would you name your son a name that your husband would’ve and wanted to name his son he has with another woman?
