Hi ladies,

I am nearly 8 weeks pregnant and have recently discovered that my partner of 6 months is a liar and a fraud, and ultimately a very dangerous man.

I told him to leave 2 weeks ago and found out straight away that he had already lined up a woman to ‘woo’ to make sure he had a roof over his head. He apparently prays on successful women and cruises through life taking whatever he can get.

I feel pretty stupid.

Since discovering his very shady past and lengthy violent criminal history, I am shocked and disgusted. Ultimately I want to ensure the safety of my unborn child and of course myself- but he’s not making it easy.

I don’t want him near me ever again! I know this is unrealistic with me carrying his child but I asked him to cease contact until the baby arrives. He said that’s not going to happen. With that he threatened to ‘cut it out’ if I’d stop his involvement and then went on to post sinister and chilling warnings on social media. He’s scaring me.

I have involved the police and they have me under watch but I’d like to know if anyone had experienced similar? Was an order put on him to have no contact? I don’t want my baby to be part brought up by a man that thinks it’s acceptable to bully, harm and use women. His morals are non existent and I don’t want this way of life imparted upon my child?
