Mastitis in both breasts 😩

I'm just getting over having mastitis in both of my breast. I had a fever of over 102 and I'm on penicillin and the infection is finally gone! I reallllyyyyyyy don't want it coming back but I have so much milk my daughter (almost 3 weeks) never empties me out so I pump another 4 oz out after she eats. I'm constantly hooked on to a baby or pump just to prevent an infection and it's driving me nuts. My nipples are so sore! What can I do to get rid of this milk quicker so I'm not a cow 24/7
