TMI. Milk blister??

Question

I’ve been suffering from pain and lumpy feeling in my right breast for the last 30 hours... Does this look like a milk blister? And what can I do to get rid of it?
P.S. I’m nursing my 2 months old from this breast every 2-3 hours and do hot compresses.

Try to sit in a hot shower or a hot bath with a wet  washcloth over your nipple, keep it very hot and then try to nurse/pump/squeeze milk out. You probably will have to do it multiple times a day for a couple days but it will help break up the milk clog so it doesn't turn into an infection

I had something that looked like that with my youngest daughter come to find out it was a blister from where she was hitting my nipple on her tongue when she was comfort nursing.  Try Changing position she is nursing in that helped tremendously.

I've been nursing my baby for 6months and I tend to get that a lot, it hurts from time to time. His pediatrician thought me how to pop it correctly so I don't get mastitis (which I've gotten twice already and one of the times that popped by itself and bleed even more than when I do it as the doctor thought me). 
Talk to the pediatrician or OBGYN, they can help you best and give you their best recommendation. Here all we can do is give you suggestions. 
Also my baby has lip tie which causes him to have latch issues and causes pain for me so what works for me doesn't necessarily have to have the same result for you.

I have one of those on my left nipp & im not bf im due feb 24th. it doesnt hurt at all.
