What would you consider emotional abuse?

So I’ve just been going through stuff lately, but I would want some input as to what you would consider emotional abuse, & if you’ve ever experienced that before and how you got out of that relationship. Thank you!

Run up a hill as many times as you can... or until you vomit... then you'll sleep like baby... wake feeling motivated, use that confidence to do some productive like sort through your wardrobe and throw out stuff you no longer wear, then write a letter to whoever pops into your mind... then file the letter in a journal somewhere private, or send the letter through the postal system (yes buy a stamp).
