So my fiancé has been trying to get custody of his 7year old son, well since he was born pretty much. Cps has done multiple investigations with the mother she always refuses drug test. Last Thursday we got a text saying she went to jail for theft from her job at Walmart. So we filed for emergency custody Friday and are waiting to see if it’s granted. She is currently still in jail and we have no idea when she’ll be out. Has anyone else went through this? We are so stressed out praying we finally get him but aren’t sure if we will.
