Cracked, wounded nipples.
Someone said coconut oil but I don’t have any at home.
I have castor oil and almond oil atm.
Is there anything else that can help?
It’s so painful and i still let my 1 week old nurse from there because if I don’t then that breast will just become engorged again.
Please someone help.
