Am I going insane

I’m starting to think I’m going insane. The last full day of my period was Friday. Me and hubby have had some alone time yesterday. However today I’ve felt really sick and my left breast really hurts. I’ve had sort of butterflies in my tummy. I suffer from anxiety and have wanted to get pregnant so much that I now don’t know if it’s in my head, my anxiety or there a possibility I’m pregnant. I know the chances that I am are really really low, but is there a chance? Can people share their opinions?
