hi please help im desperate

listen my 3 week old drinks enfamil premium but its constpating him but idk if hes actually constipated because when i stimulate his poop its soft not hard but he wont poop if i dont help him so i think its the formula do you guys know of one that will actually make him poop? please im desperate and scared
