pregnant??

i had a dream a week ago i was pregnant and that i got a positive pregnancy test i tested that morning and it was negative i also had a dream last night that i got a positive test and that it was twins i tested this morning and still negative..   could this mean my body is trying to tell me something? my period is due on the 13th..

I had a dream one night that I was telling my family at Christmas that I was pregnant. And had another dream the night after that that my deceased grandfather was with me at a check up for my baby 😅
Then about a week later I got my BPF (dec 1st) and I’m hoping that this will be my rainbow baby in 9 months!

I had a dream a couple of nights ago and I was surrounded by positive pregnancy tests, it felt so real! Hopefully it means something 🤞🏻

I had a dream that I asked my friend if I could try using her breast pump. (Weird and gross. I know!) I did and milk actually started to come out. I looked at her and said that I had to go tell my husband I’m pregnant. I took a test as soon as I woke up and got my BFP! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had a dream that I took 6 pregnancy test and they all had a faint positive lines and then the next night after that I had a dream that my fiance died in a car wreck and found out I was pregnant at his funeral....i hope it means im pregnant but I'm to scared to test
