UTI, help needed

I had the symptoms of a UTI today, it started off as a cramping/pinching feeling. Then it turned into feeling like I have to pee constantly. I went to urgent care and they said I have a UTI but there was also a lot of blood in my urine which isn't normal for a UTI. The urgent care place couldn't do anything to tell me if my baby was still ok. For that I would have to go to the ER. The nurse seemed to be really concerned, but the nurse practitioner didn't seem as concerned and said if I started throwing up or had cramping to go to the ER. My husband doesn't think I need to go to the ER and I'm just torn, we're home now but idk if I should go to the ER still. I already have my ultrasound appointment tomorrow afternoon but I still just feel bad I didn't go to the ER to have them check on the baby. Did I do the right thing?
