Stupid question but ...

If my LO falls asleep while BF & I try to take her off my boob to put her down but as soon as I move her she starts sucking again in her sleep, should I wait till she lets go herself? Or just force it out since she’s already asleep? It’s been like a hour and she’s still on it 🤔😐
