Pregnant but low HGC

So I'm definitely pregnant as I have all the symptoms, but the tests I did all showed a really faint line. And I mean really faint, like I had to edit photos of it to see it. I'm around 5 weeks but I thought I'd have higher levels by this point. What does it mean?
