Restless Nights

For some reason, I seem to be in an awful pattern where I sleep really well for about 4 hours until I am awakened by the urge to go to the restroom. Then I have the hardest time going back to sleep (if I ever do at all). I try to cut off all liquids by 7pm but sometimes I get thirsty and have to take a sip of something. Anyone have experience with this or any tips to help me get a more restful night's sleep? Any info is greatly appreciated!
