Some Advise Please
So I had my first boyfriend and we dated for a month then broke up. On like the second day of dating he grabbed my butt which I wasn’t very comfortable with but I let it go. Then he kept telling me throughout the weeks that he didn’t like my friends or made me feel guilty for spending time with them. He told me that we needed to spend more time together, and that this was a problem we had to fix then the next day broke up with me bc “I didn’t want to fix it.” At first I was fine but now my depression is surfacing again and I feel guilty. I’m guessing this is typical, but any remedies to help?
