HELP HELP

Okay ladies I need help, so I’m not ready for another baby right now I have a 15 month old baby. Last month on the first We had unprotected sex and I ended up taking the morning after pill which put me in a lot of pain and in the hospital for an ectopic pregnancy, well I already had my first period after the ectopic and so my husband and I had sex 2 days ago we used condoms but it broke and I just found out that I was ovulating on that day.. so I guess my question is if I take another morning after pill will it work?? Since i was already ovulating and the pill is for delaying ovulation.. please let me know what you ladies think
