cervical liquid and Period

Ok so, I was suppose to start today. Didn't so I took a digital first responce test. It was negitive. No sex. No ejaculation. No penatration. PRE-CUM though was brushed on vagina opening area around ovulation time. Man went pee before hand. Cervix is VERY low and opening feels like a big deep circle and the flat of my finger slides into it and sinks into it. My cm is not creamy or sticky, but when i check my cervix it feels realy realy wet in there and when i pull finger out it is wet but dries after a min or so..is that normal before a period?
